2Nature of Content on This Platform

XoXoStickers is a sticker discovery and download platform. Sticker packs available on the platform may be provided by third-party sources, contributors, or materials made publicly available online and through messaging platforms.

We do not claim ownership of third-party sticker content. If you believe content on XoXoStickers infringes your copyright, please follow the notice process below.

3DMCA Safe Harbor

XoXoStickers intends to comply with the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including Section 512, where applicable. As a platform that may host or index content from third-party sources and contributors, we act promptly when we receive a valid, complete takedown notice.

• We do not claim ownership of third-party sticker content;

4How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that content available on XoXoStickers infringes your copyright, submit a written notice that includes all of the following:

1. Your full legal name and contact information, including email address;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
3. The specific URL or pack ID of the material on XoXoStickers that you claim is infringing;
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be processed. Knowingly submitting false information in a DMCA notice may result in legal liability.

6Our Response Process

After receiving a valid and complete takedown notice, we may:

• Acknowledge receipt of the notice;
• Review the reported URL, pack ID, or content reference;
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content when appropriate;
• Notify the relevant source or contributor where applicable;
• Document the request and action in our internal compliance records.

7Counter-Notification

If content you have rights to was removed due to a copyright notice and you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. It should include:

1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction required by applicable law;
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

8Repeat Infringer Policy

XoXoStickers maintains a policy of removing content and restricting access or contributions from repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
